Our stay was a very pleasant experience. Everything was perfectly fine during 2 days, liked its peaceful and absolutely perfect location close to a residential area, including mature trees and lawn outside with secured parking close to the entrance, Edwardian gardens and the pier. The staff and the host were all very amiable and efficient.

This charming hotel occupies an amazing building in the historic style. The location is marvellous, 2 km from Manning's Amusement Park. It is found in a lovely area not far from old town, secluded walled garden and Felixstowe. The restaurant serves amazing local food.
